The recipes you enjoy at Nora's come from generations of Sicilians that love to cook but love to feed even more! Meet some of the most important people to Nora's Cuisine.
Nora and Gino Mauro
Gino and Nora opened Nora’s Cuisine in 1992 with a modest seating capacity of 12. Over the years the restaurant has expanded and is now one of Las Vegas’ hottest restaurants, serving locals and guests from around the world. Nora and Gino have 3 sons (Giovanni, Claudio, Marcello) that all have contributed to Nora's and 11 grandchildren that you might see around in the restaurant from time to time.
Our Team
September, 2016 the opening team stands in front of the Nora's classic sign. Since then we have experienced enormous growth in all aspects of our restaurant, and we have all of our staff and our management team to thank for making this happen! We look forward to serving you.
