We started in 1992 with a simple idea, a small dining room, and a lot of heart. Gino and Nora opened the doors with just 12 seats. They cooked the recipes they grew up with. They treated every guest like family coming over for Sunday dinner. Three decades later, that same spirit still fills our kitchen off the Strip on West Flamingo Road.
From 12 Seats to a Las Vegas Favorite
When Gino and Nora first turned on the ovens in 1992, Las Vegas looked very different. So did we. Twelve seats meant every guest got personal care. Every sauce was tasted by hand.
